We went to an online simulation that put the galaxy into a more relative perspective. Below are images from Step 7 of the simulation, which simulates the orbit of Pluto, and Step 12, which simulates the size of the Milky Way
Conclusion question
Explain the complications that can arise when traveling to some of these distant planets.
First, planets are a very, very long distance from each other. Trying to get to different plants with our current technology is something humans are still working on. Next, different planets have different atmospheric and environmental conditions that humans may or may not be able to withstand. This also means that planets are lacking resources that could aid in landing and staying for any period of time to analyze the planet and its components.
